Three arrested overnight on DUI charges
Deputies arrested three people in Manatee County on DUI charges during a saturation patrol targeting impaired drivers Friday night.
In addition to the three DUI arrests, two people were issued a summons for driving with a suspended license, one person was arrested for driving without a license and another arrested on a misdemeanor warrant, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies also issued 47 traffic citations and gave two warnings during the DUI saturation patrol that lasted from Friday night into early Saturday morning.
The Florida Highway Patrol will be looking for impaired drivers through a DUI Wolfpack Operation in Manatee County on Saturday night.
