After months of police surveillance on their home, Amber Hall of Port Orange and her husband Harold Hall got charged with being drug dealers who were also illegally in possession of firearms.

And that’s not even close to being the worst thing they were accused of this month.

Amber Hall, 25, got charged with aggravated child abuse and child neglect causing great bodily harm Tuesday after, according to WBBH-NBC2, police said her 22-month-old daughter remains in intensive care. The toddler girl was bruised, burned, had teeth knocked out and suffered possible brain damage when taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital on Sept. 4, police said.

Two-time prison guest Harold Hall, 35, isn’t charged, but NBC2 reported another adult could be arrested for abusing the child. Amber Hall is being held without bond.

Oct. 3, court documents say, a search warrant execution found the Halls with (among other things) 2.5 grams of methamphetamine, a digital scale, an HK 9mm pistol with 12 rounds in the magazine and a live round in the chamber and $7,420 cash. Each faces possession of meth with intent to sell and possessing drug paraphernalia to transport drugs. Harold’s charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon. Amber’s charged with possession of a concealed weapon.
