Naked Instagram model arrested for kicking police officer

A 25-year-old Instagram model with more than 70,000 followers was arrested last week after she was told to leave a Clearwater hotel, was found naked in another guest’s room and kicked a police officer.

According to court documents, police were called to the Edge Hotel, located at 505 S. Gulfview Blvd., because Brissa Dominguez-Garcia of California was said to be causing a disturbance just before 4 a.m. on July 5. The night manager told her to leave, but security saw her go into another guest’s hotel room.

When law enforcement arrived at the room, they found Dominguez-Garcia “nude,” according to court documents. An officer handed her a towel, which she took but started “swinging it in a whipping motion” at the officer. As she was placed under arrest, she did a “mule kick” at one of the officers, and tried to bite and spit at them, documents said. She was also reported to be under the influence of alcohol.

Dominguez-Garcia faces charges of trespassing a structure after warning, battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence. She was released the same day after posting a $10,250 bond.
