Reward offered in shooting death
Tampa police detectives are investigating a homicide that took place in the area of North 36th Street and East Shadowland Avenue on Friday.
Officers responded to a call reporting shots being fired at around 7:20 p.m. Once on the scene, they discovered that one person had sustained a gun shot wound and he was immediately transfered to a local hospital. The victim, who died as a result of the injuries, was later identified as Antwan Tremaine Jenrette Jr.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for any information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspect involved in this case.
