This senior moment in bank turns out to be a robbery
Whether inspired by circumstance, nature, nostalgia or the movie “Going In Style,” a senior citizen in a baseball cap robbed a Pinecrest BB&T branch Monday afternoon.
The man wearing glasses, grayed beard and a black baseball cap with “NY” might have been up in years, but hit the bank at 13001 S. Dixie Hwy. by simply demanding money from the teller around 1 p.m. Upon receiving some cash, he left on foot. No employees or customers were harmed.
