These 18 stores were busted for selling booze to a minor
Eighteen Manatee County establishments were found to be selling alcohol to a person under 21 years old, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
As part of a county-wide underage drinking operation Saturday, 74 convenience stores and gas stations were checked by underage informants, according to the sheriff’s office.
Clerks at 18 of the locations were charged with selling alcohol to a person under 21 and issued a notice to appear.
