He was arrested after he complained about the government. He’s now in bigger trouble
A Sarasota man was charged with possessing child pornography, a day after he was charged with trespassing at Riverview High School, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
Here is the news release from the sheriff’s office:
“The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office today arrested a 31-year-old Sarasota man for possession of child pornography after executing a search warrant at his home.
“Detectives investigating Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) determined a particular Internet protocol (IP) address was used to download 46 files previously identified as containing child pornography. Detectives confirmed the IP address was leased to a resident living at 4410 Wilkinson Road, and obtained a search warrant for the home. Surveillance determined that Aaron Talley, DOB 02/10/86, lived there. During a search of his home and forensic scan of Talley's computer, detectives discovered 3 images all determined to be child pornography.
“Talley was taken into custody and charged with three felony counts of Possession: Sexual Performance by a Child. He remains at the Sarasota County Jail without bond. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending.
“Talley was also arrested Monday for trespassing at Riverview High School in Sarasota, after he entered a classroom in an attempt to vocalize his concerns about government and education.”
