Woman reports purse snatched as she crossed Manatee street

A woman who had just left a convenience store in the 3000 block of 14th Street West, Bradenton, and was crossing the street reported her purse stolen about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 19, the Manatee Sheriff’s Office reports.

The victim reported she felt a shove, then a tug on her purse strap, as the purse was snatched from her shoulder. When she realized her purse had been taken, she looked up, but did not see who took the purse.
