Man missing from Bradenton assisted living facility found OK

A resident of a Bradenton assisted living facility who went missing without his needed medications has been found OK , according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

Donald Eugene Newell, 69, left The Cottages of Bradenton, 5700 24th St. E., Wednesday morning after breakfast, according to a news release.

Just before 7 a.m. Thursday, the sheriff’s office said Newell had been located.
