Chase Bank branch in Bradenton robbed
A man entered the Chase Bank branch at 4915 Manatee Ave. E., at 11:12 a.m. Saturday, implied that he had a weapon, demanded currency, and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, the Bradenton Police Department reports.
BPD officers and members of the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect, the police department reported.
The suspect is described as a male, 5-foot-8 to 6-foot tall, weighing 160 to 180 pounds. He had dark, receding hair and was wearing a white/black/blue plaid button-down shirt and black shorts with a gray vertical stripe down each side.
