East Manatee Republican Club offers candidates chance to stump

 The East Manatee Republican Club will have two guest speakers -- Angel Colonnesso, candidate for re-election to clerk of the Manatee County Circuit Court and Dave Miner of the Manatee County School Board and also chairman of the Central Florida Association of School Boards -- at its 11:30 a.m. meeting Thursday, May 12, at the Peridia Golf and Country Club, Bradenton.

All candidates who attend are welcome to speak, according to a club press release.

Lunch costs $16.
