De-mucking existing pond near 19th Street Court East

30th Street East to 45th Street East -- Construction ongoing.

Specific activites include:

Complete installation of curb, base and sidewalks from 34th Street East to 37th Street East

First lift of asphalt from 30th Street East to 37th Street East

Pond East 2 liner installation

36'' water main installation

Placing fill and stabilizer between 39th Street East and 45th Street East

45th Street East to 44th Avenue Plaza East -- Design ongoing. Thirty percent of design submittal has been received and is under review

44th Avenue Plaza East to Lakewood Ranch Boulevard --Design ongoing
