MANATEE -- Keeton's Office and Art Supply's third annual Can Jam, a three-hour graffiti art battle, drew artistic competitors Saturday on a perfect day for outdoor compositions with slightly breezy weather in the low 70s.

Three walls of Keeton's warehouse were covered with a "Star Wars"-themed mural. The plan is to cover the mural with a fresh coat of white paint by the end of this month to give a blank canvas for the community to spray paint.

Artists could win hourly giveaways, stencil their own T-shirt, jam to music and munch on local food.

There was also a Kid Zone. Spray paint was available for purchase.
