Bradenton Herald offers drawing for free Stephen King-John Grisham tickets

BRADENTON -- If you want to attend the upcoming appearance by John Grisham and Stephen King in Bradenton, but you don't have the $150 ticket price, you may not be out of luck.

In fact, the Bradenton Herald is offering a chance for one lucky reader to win two tickets to the event.

In case you haven't heard, King and Grisham will be at the Neel Auditorium at State College of Florida on Jan. 19 for an event called "Book-Ends: An Evening with Two Literary Giants." Longtime friends Grisham and King will be on stage together, with King interviewing Grisham. It's a fund-raiser for the Manatee County Library Foundation. As of Monday, a limited number of tickets for the event were still available.

Entering the drawing for the one pair of free tickets is quick and simple. Go to bradenton.com/contests, fill out a few lines of contact information on the form and then keep your fingers crossed. If you win, you'll be notified by email.

If you're not feeling lucky and you want to pay full price for tickets, call 941-216-8746.
