Manatee Players Riverfront Theater's last act exposes decades of history
Demolition crews tore down the south wall of the old Manatee Players Riverfront Theater on Wednesday, exposing decades of Manatee history.
Like Egyptian hieroglyphics on the wall of an ancient pyramid, shows and the performers and technicians who brought stories to life made their mark in history on the simple wall.
Some with a simple stroke of their name and others more elaborate, complete with pictures.
As the walls come down, new memories are being made at the Manatee Performing Arts Center, just down the street by Bradenton's Riverwalk
