Tuesday: Signs made to direct people at the free clinic Saturday and Sunday at Manatee Technical College, 6305 State Road 70 E., Bradenton. A sign will direct volunteers to park at Braden River High School.

Wednesday: Organizers pick up 480 containers of orange juice donated by Tropicana for clinic patients and deliver it to Manatee Technical College for refrigeration until the event. Donated flu vaccines from Walgreens are delivered to MTC and refrigerated at 40 degrees. Two pallets of bottled water purchased from BJ's Wholesale Club, totaling 3,000 bottles, will be picked up by volunteers.

Friday: An 18-wheel truck and two other large trucks filled with clinic equipment are scheduled to arrive at 9 a.m. from RAM headquarters in Rockford, Tenn., and will be unloaded by volunteers and members of the MTC staff.

The Salvation Army of Manatee County starts preparing 3,000 bagged lunches for patients at its State Road 70 location. On Saturday, a hot dog cooked at the Salvation Army's canteen at MTC will be added to the bag. RAM will provide lunches for the volunteers.

A 40-by-80-foot tent will be set up Friday morning for patients along with two 20-by-30-foot tents.

Twelve portable potties will be delivered to MTC, including two compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office will provide security starting Friday night when some patients are expected to arrive and sit or sleep under the tent.
