A new apartment complex is under construction in Parrish.
Developer Taylor Morrision is building Yardly Landing on the south side of U.S. 301 North, east of Oxford Road.
The apartment complex will feature 194 one-story units when completed, according to Manatee County building records.
Yardly Landing will offer two apartment styles, with 74 one-bedroom attached units and 120 two-bedroom detached units, according to building records.
The apartments will range from 717 to 1,030 square feet, with one or two bathroom options available, according to Taylor Morrison.
What amenities will Yardly Landing offer?
An amenity center with a pool, butterfly garden, hammocks, cornhole and pickleball court is planned.
The complex will also have a dog park, four-bay garages, gated entry and retention ponds, according to building records.
