Another apartment complex is coming to Parrish, Manatee building records say

A new apartment complex in Parrish is set to open by the summer.

The Eddy at Harrison Ranch is currently under construction. The apartment complex, located at 4605 Harrison Ranch Blvd., will have 240 units across eight three-story buildings when completed.

There is also a clubhouse and dog park as planned amenities, according to building records with Manatee County Government’s Development Services Department.

Milwaukee-based Zilber Residential Group is the developer for The Eddy at Harrison Ranch.

Additional information about the apartment complex and leasing options were not immediately available.
