Lennar set to begin construction on another new Lakewood Ranch neighborhood
A new gated residential community is coming to Lakewood Ranch.
Lennar’s Stillwater is a 105-home neighborhood located off State Road 70 and Bourneside Boulevard. Construction is slated to begin in the fall, a Lennar spokesperson said.
“Stillwater reflects our ongoing commitment to deliver thoughtfully designed homes in the most desirable locations,” said Michelle Tucker, Lennar division manager for Southwest Florida’s West Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties, in a news release. “With its peaceful, gated setting and proximity to everything Lakewood Ranch has to offer, we’re excited to welcome homebuyers to a community that truly blends comfort, style, and convenience.”
The community, which sits between The Concession to the east and Del Webb at Lakewood Ranch to the west, will have two different single-family home options. Home sales start in December.
The Manor-style homes will have three different floor plans. The homes will range from 2,245 square feet to 2,445 square feet. And they will feature three to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and a three-bay garage.
The Executive-style homes have four additional floor plans ranging from 1,850 to 2,247 square feet. The layouts feature two to three bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
Lennar plans new Lakewood Ranch neighborhood
The Manatee County Commission previously voted to approve the new housing development in 2024.
Pricing for the new homes has not been announced.
Lennar is also the developer for three other Lakewood Ranch neighborhoods: Aurora, Lorraine Lakes and Calusa Country Club.
Lennar was founded in 1954 and delivered more than 80,000 homes in 2024, according to the company.
