Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport announces direct flights to 8 new cities
Allegiant Air announced eight new direct routes from the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport.
The nonstop flights service the following cities:
- Albany, New York (ALB) starting Feb. 14 with one-way fares as low as $69
- Elmira, New York (ELM) starting Feb. 14 with one-way fares as low as $69
- Greenville, South Carolina (GSP) starting Feb. 13 with one-way fares as low as $49
- Knoxville, Tennessee (TYS) starting Feb. 14 with one-way fares as low as $49
- Lexington, Kentucky (LEX) starting April 3 with one-way fares as low as $59
- Moline, Illinois (MLI) starting Feb. 13 with one-way fares as low as $69
- Omaha, Nebraska (OMA) starting Feb. 14 with one-way fares as low as $69
- Roanoke, Virginia (ROA) starting Feb. 14 with one-way fares as low as $59
“As we approach the grand opening of our new Concourse A, we are excited to see Allegiant expand their routes to include (eight) new nonstop destinations,” SRQ President and CEO Rick Piccolo said in a news release. “This will bring the number of nonstop Allegiant destinations at SRQ to 35, and the total number of nonstop destinations served by all airlines at SRQ to 67.”
SRQ is one of 18 airports to receive new Allegiant routes, according to the news release.
To receive the introductory one-way fare, flights must be purchased by Wednesday for travel by July 25, 2025 and includes taxes, carrier charges and government fees. The rates do not include optional baggage fees.
