Another apartment complex coming to Palmetto, Manatee County building records say
An apartment complex is coming to Palmetto.
According to Manatee County building records, Terra Ceia Bay Land Ventures II LLC applied to build three, 15-unit apartment buildings at 5202 U.S. 19, just south of the Skyway Memorial Gardens.
That land is currently filled with trees. Building records show the 45-unit complex will house three, three-story buildings, each with 15 units. Two of the buildings will be identical, records show.
A 1,080-square-foot clubhouse with pool baths and a workout area are also planned for the complex, building records said.
The total estimated cost for the project is $11.8 million, according to building records.
Manatee County’s planning commission unanimously approved the project at a land use meeting in September 2023.
