Live updates: High school football scores for Bradenton, Manatee County teams in Week 5
Most of Manatee County high school football teams are on the road this week.
Undefeated Manatee travels to Port Charlotte, while Braden River heads to Sarasota Booker and Bayshore begins district play with a trip to Arcadia DeSoto.
Lakewood Ranch is the only public school playing at home, with the Mustangs taking on Longwood Lyman.
Meanwhile, Saint Stephen’s heads to Bradenton Christian in a crosstown rivalry game. The two private schools have a combined 5-2 record this season.
Palmetto, Parrish Community and Southeast are off this week.
