Dancers, twirlers and local royalty were on hand to delight the families lined up along Palmetto’s 10th Street West on Friday for the annual DeSoto Children’s Parade.
The 2023 theme, “Manatee’s Got Talent,” had schools, clubs and community agencies use their imagination and creativity to stage the family-friendly event.
The parade finished up at Sutton Park where face painting, games and free community resources were set up to continue the party.
