A crash on I-75 in Manatee County forces several northbound lanes to close

A crash has shut down two northbound lanes on Interstate 75 in Manatee County on Saturday afternoon, according to the Florida Highway Patrol website.

The crash happened at 12:38 p.m. near mile marker 220 on I-75 north in Bradenton, troopers said.

A SmartTraffic camera near the crash site shows multiple fire engines and troopers working the crash site.

Two northbound lane remains open to travelers heading north toward Ellenton.

Troopers have not said what caused the crash.
