The apartments would be built off Buffalo Road, east of Interstate 75 and north of Palmetto.

Planned are six four-story buildings, a clubhouse, six garages, a maintenance building and a mail kiosk.

When completed, Trevesta Place would have 256 units, including 24 studios, 88 one-bedrooms, 120 two-bedrooms, and 24 three-bedrooms, ranging in size from 770 to 1,248 square feet.

All will have granite countertops, tile backsplashes and a washer and dryer.

Company officials say pre-leasing should begin in late December and be completed with its first building in April 2023.

“We believe the focus in multifamily communities should be creating positive living experiences. We are pleased to bring a quality development project like Trevesta Place to this community,” John Vranich, president of Weller said in a press release.

Trevesta Place said in a press release that it will provide an attainable price point for renters while simultaneously providing a Class A apartment experience. The company did not define what it considers “attainable.”

Amenities will include a swimming pool, yoga lawn, dog park, parking garage and pergola.

Weller is a multifamily property management company with approximately 20,000 units under management throughout the Southeast, Texas and Colorado.
