Two Manatee County residents went missing. Both found OK, cops say
The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office issued Silver Alerts for two people Monday night who went missing in separate cases, but both were found safe by Tuesday late morning.
Deputies say Karen Garbutt, 76, went missing around 3 p.m. Monday when she left her home in a black 2018 Toyota Corolla without telling anyone where she was going. Deputies say Garbutt was located and is fine.
Deputies say Delbert Brower, 79, went missing about 5:30 p.m.Monday from the 4600 block of 25th Court East. Brower too, was found and is doing fine, deputies say.
