Missing Sarasota girl found safe in Bradenton, cops say

A juvenile who was reported missing from Sarasota has been located in Bradenton and is OK, according to the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.

Detectives said Bruithia A. Pearson, 14, had last been seen at her home in the 2300 block of Powell Circle about 8 a.m. Saturday.

The sheriff’s office asked for the public’s help in locating Pearson on Thursday morning and announced that she was safely located on Thursday afternoon.
