Missing 18-year-old found safe after fleeing Bradenton treatment center, cops say 

An 18-year-old man who was missing after he fled from Centerstone Behavioral Hospital and Addiction Center in Bradenton on Sunday has been located and is OK, according to Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

Edwin Chi Che-Leonardo was admitted to facility, located at 2020 26th Avenue East, around 6 a.m. Sunday. About an hour later, he ran out of the front doors and fled in an unknown direction.

Leonardo had made statements about wanting to harm himself, according to the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office gave the update that Che-Leonardo had been found safe on Wednesday evening.
