Bradenton man hit and killed while crossing the street
A 66-year-old Bradenton man was killed Sunday evening when he walked into on-coming traffic, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
At 6:32 p.m., Keith Alan Queen crossed 15th Street East just south of 51st Avenue East as a 54-year-old Bradenton man driving a Hyundai Sonata was heading south, according to a news release. Queen got hit by the Sonata and died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
