Worker hurt in fall at Parrish school construction site
A construction worker helping build the new North River High School was flown to the hospital after falling from scaffolding Friday morning in Parrish.
Manatee County Emergency Communications 911 Chief Jacob Saur said a man was working at the construction site on Erie Road in Parrish when he fell from scaffolding around 9:30 a.m. Friday.
The man was flown by helicopter as a trauma alert to the hospital.
Saur said the site was one for a school being built in Parrish.
