Traffic backed up in Bradenton after car smashes into tree, forcing lane closure
One eastbound lane of Manatee Avenue in Bradenton is blocked after a car smashed into a tree.
The incident happened around 3 p.m. on Monday in the 2700 block on Manatee Avenue West, just outside of the former Latte Luna.
First responders at the scene said that one person was taken to a hospital.
Traffic is backed up in the area. Motorists are advised to take an alternate route
