Crash throws wrench into rush hour traffic near Green Bridge
A rear-end crash is blocking the left northbound lane of Ninth Street West at the base of the Green Bridge on Wednesday evening.
The driver of a white car struck the back of a large, black SUV around 5:30 p.m. Bradenton police and Manatee County EMS responded to the scene.
The Florida Department of Transportation reports the crash is causing backups along Ninth Street West, 14th Street West and Manatee Avenue West.
