Body of missing kayaker found in Gibsonton
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission located and recovered the body of a missing kayaker Sunday morning.
The body of Jeffrey Francher, 44, of Lithia was located around 9:15 a.m. in the waters near the shore between Bull Frog Creek and Kracker Avenue in Gibsonton.

FWC, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Coast Guard were actively searching for Fancher throughout the day Saturday and overnight.
Officials are investigating the incident as a fatal boating accident.
