Flood advisory issued for northeastern Manatee County

The National Weather Service has issued a flood advisory for northeastern Manatee County until 6:15 p.m.

Strong thunderstorms have already dropped up to two inches of rain in areas that include Duette and Myakka Head, and an additional one to two inches of rain is possible.
