Tampa police find body believed to be missing swimmer

A body has been recovered off the beach at Cypress Point Park, according to the Tampa Police Department.

TPD’s Marine Patrol located the body Sunday morning. Authorities believe the body is Robert A. Lucas, 36, who was last seen about 3 p.m. Saturday.
