Fatal crash blocks several lanes of State Road 64

Several lanes of traffic are blocked after a crash along State Road 64 in Manatee County on Tuesday evening turned fatal, according to the Florida Highway Patrol’s live traffic map.

The crash occurred at State Road 64 and Rye Road around 6:30 p.m., according to FHP.

All westbound lanes of State Road 64 are fully blocked and eastbound lanes are partially blocked, according to the FHP.
