Crash shuts down highway near Duette

A traffic crash involving an overturned tractor trailer has shut down County Road 39 near Duette, according to officials.

Florida Highway Patrol says the crash at the intersection of County Road 39 and State Road 62 was reported at 8:01 a.m. Manatee County Emergency Communications reported that it involved an overturned tractor trailer near the Duette Country Store.

Other details, including information about possible injuries, was not immediately available.
