Teen girl reported missing, endangered from group home

A 14-year-old girl has been reported missing from a Manatee Children’s Services group home and is considered endangered, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

Autumn Schimmelpfenning was last seen at Manatee Children’s Services group home 4812 23rd St. W., Bradenton, on Saturday, according to a news release.

The teen girl is 4-foot-6, weighs 95 pounds and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie.

“Autumn has emotional issues and has been known to harm herself in the past,” spokesman Randy Warren stated.

Anyone with information the girl’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Manatee County Sheriffs Office at 941-747-3011.
