Weather forecast: 60 percent chance of more rain, but drier Saturday on its way

Thursday will feature a slightly different timing to the storms, but a similar amount of storms, with a 60 percent coverage by the end of the day.

High temperatures will top out around 90 before the storms get going.

Scattered storms will form on Friday and tend to drift inland by the end of the evening.

Drier air will move in for Saturday, with much lower thunderstorm coverage, but expect the rain chances to go back up quickly by Monday.
