After rain poured most of the afternoon, area airports are seeing delays.

The worst of them is Tampa International Airport, which tweeted at 3:18 p.m. Tuesday that the airport is experiencing more than 200 delayed arriving and departing flights because of the weather.

Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport’s website shows three delayed departing flights and two delayed arrivals.

St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport’s website shows just three delayed arrival flights from Ohio, Kentucky and Maryland. No departures have been delayed.
