Local Vietnam vets invited to share stories

WEDU will be conducting interviews with local Vietnam veterans May 24 and June 3 at Sun City Center to be shown in conjunction with Ken Burn’s new documentary, The Vietnam War.
The interviews will be conducted at Freedom Plaza, 1010 American Eagle Blvd. Anyone interested in sharing their story may call the Retired Officers Corporation at 813-642-1275 or 888-467-5202.
Ten years in the making, The Vietnam War is a 10-part, 18‐hour documentary film series directed by Ken Burns and Lynn Novick that will air on WEDU PBS in September 2017.
