Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday
A dense fog advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for the west coast of Florida and will remain in effect until 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Areas of dense sea fog are once again moving ashore across portions of the Florida Suncoast and Nature Coast. The fog will continue to slowly expand inland overnight with visibility reduced to a quarter mile or less at times.
The dense fog will make for hazardous travel conditions on area roads near the coast through the overnight hours.
