Volunteers gathered from Jiggs Landing and Ray’s Canoe Hideway in East Manatee to F.I.S.H Preserve in Cortez and the beaches of Anna Maria Island for International Coastal Cleanup Day on Saturday.

The effort to keep local waterways as pristine as possible was coordinated by Keep Manatee Beautiful.
