Manatee County Property Appraiser’s Office reopens Monday with social distancing rules
Starting Monday, the Manatee County Property Appraiser’s Office will reopen to the public by appointment only, as county services continue to return during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a release, customers must book an appointment in advance and wear a mask or similar face covering before visiting the 915 Fourth Ave. W. office in downtown Bradenton. Only customers without symptoms of illness will be allowed to enter and temperatures will be checked at the door.
To meet social distancing guidelines, only the customers required to complete the transaction will be allowed in the building, a release said. The office also encourages the public to use their website at www.ManateePAO.com to handle certain transactions, such as homestead exemptions, address changes and applications.
Customers can book an appointment by calling (941) 748-8208 or by clicking the Contact Us section of the office’s website.
