4,000: tons of steel used to build The Mall at UTC. That's the equivalent of 8 million pounds of Tropicana oranges, or 6,000 manatees.

Each day, from now until the grand opening Thursday, the Bradenton Herald is sharing facts and figures about the new Mall at University Town Center.
