Kids Foot Locker, Six:02 moving into The Mall at University Town Center

UNIVERSITY PARK -- The Mall at University Town Center is set for Sarasota-Manatee's athletic crowds to come running. Foot Locker Inc. will increase its presence at The Mall at University Town Center this fall. A Kids Foot Locker is currently under construction and will open in October in the south end of the mall near Dillard's.

Six:02, a Foot Locker women's fitness store will open close to the center of the mall in the Saks Fifth Avenue wing in October as well.

Kids Foot Locker has 301 stores in the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Six:02 currently operates in eight states including Florida with most of its locations in Texas and Florida.

Other athletic apparel stores in the mall at UTC include two Bradenton-based companies, Champs Sports and Fit2Run, as well as lululemon athletica, Oakley, Foot Locker and Tina Stephens, a store providing maternity athletic wear in addition to other athletic apparel.

The Mall at University Town Center is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. For more information, call the mall at 941-552-7000 or visit mallatutc.com.
