Thursday football preview capsule: Saint Stephen's at Zephyrhills Christian

The scoop: After suffering its first loss of the season 35-21 to Santa Fe Catholic in Lakeland, the Falcons are looking for a bounce-back win against the Warriors in Zephyrhills. The Warriors are ineligible for the postseason, so SSES is locked into the No. 2 seed in the Coral Bay division. Quarterback Fred Billy, who hadn't turned the ball over once in SSES' first five games, threw two picks against Zephyrhills Christian. He did, however, run for two touchdowns, giving him nine passing and rushing scores this year. Friday's game against Hawks marked the first time since the opening week of the season Saint Stephen's allowed more than seven points.
