Manatee County School District impact fee schedule

Here's how impact fees will be collected over the next three years.

April 18 to April 18, 2017: 50 percent of the maxiumum allowed rate.

Single family/detached: $3,237

Townhouse: $3,424

Mobile home: $739

Multifamily: $1,762

April 18, 2017, to April 18, 2018: 75 percent of the maximum allowed rate.

Single family/detached: $4,856

Townhouse: $5,136

Mobile home: $1,108

Multifamily: $2,643

After April 18, 2018: 100 percent of the maximum allowed rate:

Single family/detached: $6,475

Townhouse: $6,848

Mobile home: $1,478

Multifamily: $3,525

Note: If a half-cent sales tax referendum is passed, the impact fee collection rate will return to 50 percent.
