Parking lot dispute turns into Manatee County shooting; no one injured

MANATEE -- A 25-year-old woman was backing her vehicle out of the crowded Labor Ready parking lot at 7:49 a.m. Friday when an argument erupted into a shooting.

Two other subjects were also leaving the parking lot at 1408 57th Ave. E. Bradenton and began to yell at the victim, then fired three rounds from a handgun at her Jeep.

The suspects fled before deputies arrived. No injuries were reported.
