Last ‘ticket to ride’ for horses on Palma Sola Bay?

Lori Ralph and Jasmine Barbuto of Naples ride their horses Thursday along the beach of Palma Sola Bay. “We wanted to take advantage of it while we can, before we get arrested,” said Ralph, who owns the two horses, Jake and Diamond. The Bradenton City Council voted in June to look into a ban on horse surfing along Palma Sola Causeway, pending a formal vote next month.
